How rare is a 1987 Chris Bosio TOPPS error card?
It is named Chris Bosio and peak on the forehead, but Dante Bichette stats on back.It 's 87 TOPPS Chris Bosio. Seattle Mariners.
It is rare that in a sense it can be one of the few in existence, or perhaps the only of its kind. But insofar as rare in the sense that the market will pay a heavy price for that, I do not see much.
price of a 1991 topps error card?
My son has a 1991 Topps card # 778 Danny Gladden who has no image on the front. It has all the stats on the back, but the forehead is white.
I saw nothing even close to this on the Internet.
It happens from time to time and usually they make 10-20 dollars.

Ben Solomon is #12 according to his daughter and # 3 might be a sweetheart named Ted Moskowitz, who like Mr. Solomon looks to have been an animator before he came to Topps.
